What if solutions were naturally emerging rather than found?
In my experiences, I have noticed that whenever I let go of something, the solution appears by itself. It can come as an idea in my head, as someone suddenly helping out or as an unexpected door opening. Once I let go trying to control the outcome of a situation and open to feel what is present, the next step becomes more obvious. It is not a magic recipe because I can spend days trying to let go but not being able to. In those moments it feels like I am wrestling with my own fears and beliefs. Letting go cannot be willed but it can be helped by fully feeling what is present and accepting to experience what is happening to us.
I feel that letting go happens naturally once an experience is integrated. We never know how long it will take and we cannot really speed up the process when it is uncomfortable. It is like a rollercoaster ride. You sit in the cart and will only get down once the ride is over.
Life is a mystery to meet with curiosity and humility. People and situations cannot be controlled, measured and completely understood but invite us into a multitude of experiences and sensations. Let us meet them with humbleness and laugh at our beautiful tiny self being so caught up with it all. Let us feel and kindly comfort ourselves at each step because the ride could be long… who knows what current Life brought up for us.
Let’s fully engage ourselves with what we experience and listen to what we feel. Our boat is being rocked by the mighty waves of Life. As it sucked us in, it will spit us out sooner or later. In the meantime my dear brothers and sisters let’s take the opportunity to dance vulnerably with the mysteries of Life with all our heart.
Expect the unexpected for this Full Moon and hold youself tight with kindness.
